TNA are proud to have been the sole transport provider for the College Football Sydney Cup

The ground transport operation for the Inaugural College Football Sydney Cup was one which posed multiple logistical challenges for us as the event organisers. Despite having only two teams to co-ordinate for one week, the combined travel parties for the colleges was over 500 people and it was essential that this process was seamless for them throughout the week to ensure the feedback to other potential colleges for future years was positive and to protect our reputation as event organisers.

With this in mind, the decision to engage TNA to provide all ground transport services proved to be a great one as they were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the tender process right through until the final bus dropped off at the international airport after the match. Whether it be their collaborative approach to the job with Stage and Screen which allowed us to focus on running the event, co-ordinating hotel pick-ups at both Sydney Olympic Park and in one-way streets in the CBD, dealing with very late changes to pick-up locations and amount of coaches required or just having friendly drivers and staff on the ground or on the phone to give our guests the best experience possible, TNA delivered in spades.

TNA’s attention to detail pre and during event also ensured that all stakeholders were clear on roles and responsibilities which gave us peace of mind during the event week that the services required would be delivered on without further management at our end.”
