SCADaddle for SCAD Heart Attack Research

On the 22nd of October, come together for a noble cause, with a 5km walk to raise awareness and funds for one of the biggest reasons of heart attack in women, SCAD or Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection. It will be held around the Lake Monger on a flat walking path, fit for all abilities. You can follow the training plan if you face any difficulty.
