Canning Show 2017

The 16-hour stage show will take place at the Canning Exhibition Centre & Showgrounds on the 3rd and 4th of November, along with roving entertainment and a variety of stalls on offer. The Friday night will witness the sky lighting up to rejoice the event opening with explosive fireworks. There will be Sideshow Alley, the amazing ZAP circus and music from the City Of Canning Band. There will be some amazing displays and exhibits, with entries from the talented locals. The theme for this year’s event is “Make Smoking History” promoting an important message.

Perth Pet Expo 2017

The 2017 Perth Pet Expo is a 2-day event on the 4th and 5th of November, with some great weekend entertainment on offer for all the animal lovers. You will see the latest technologies, attractions, services and products available in Perth. You can make your pet participate in the Cutest Pet Competition or watch interactive presentations. This event made its first appearance in 2014 with an objective to raise public awareness about pet ownership, as well as displaying new technologies and products.

Queen of Apostles Community Fair 2017

This community fair will take place in the Queen of Apostles Primary School on the 5th of November, with plenty of stalls supporting local businesses such as Bakers Delight and Sizzler. There will be raffles with fabulous prizes, show bags, chocolate wheel and homemade crafts. 2017 Kaleidoscope Illumination Festival

Coming at the back of a successful season, the Kaleidoscope Illumination Festival will once again electrify the atmosphere, from 9th to 12th of November, transforming the Joondalup City Centre into an interactive entertainment hub. The event will be taking place over 4 nights with a sparkling range of food, music, installations, art and illumination. Fremantle Beer Festival 2017

Presented by the most iconic local brewery in Fremantle, Little Creatures, the Freo 2017 Beerfest is going to be the biggest event this year, on 11th and 12th of November. Over the course of a weekend, it will host over 40 Western Australian distillers, cider makers and craft brewers who will be brewing exclusive brews for you. Along with great food and drinks, you will be treated with scrumptious gourmet food, live cooking demonstrations, live music and craft beer master classes. Margaret River Gourmet Escape 2017

Margaret River is always associated with good wine and dine, and this 4-day festival from 16th to 19th of November will be all about fresh produce, dazzling wines and luscious food. It’s the 50th anniversary of this annual event, and you can expect to witness something bigger and better this year. More than 50 top cuisine and wine personalities will be attending the event in this authentic foodie’s delight. You can indulge in a display of artefacts, as the event concludes with local wines, featuring native foods and BBQ around campfire.

Mindarie Festival 2017

The coastal suburb of Mindarie is not too far away from the city of Perth, and is an exciting place all set to host the 21st Mindarie Festival on the 19th of November, celebrating local community with over 30 Artisan Market stalls on offer. There will be a host of entertainers, student art exhibition, carnival rides, live music bands, street food stalls, buskers and street performers. There’s a dedicated Free Kid’s Zone for children, with some entertaining things to do, including jumping castles, mermaid stardust, balloon twisting, airbrush tattoos and Karate Demos.

Eco Fashion Week Australia 2017

For those who love to adore contemporary designs and designers, Eco Fashion Week is here in Perth from 23rd to 27th of November, touted as the most important event in the fashion calendar of the city. The event will be hosted by “Green Embassy”, who utilise organically certified materials and handmade techniques to produce lavish quality. Some of the top national and international designers, as well as the emerging ones will be participating in an eco-themed event, with an aim to promote sustainability. It’s a celebration of textile art exhibitions, conferences, runway shows and sustainable designs, featuring collection created using sustainable production methods.

Pride Parade 2017

This hugely popular parade will take place on the 25th of November, where thousands of people from all communities will take the streets to rejoice the LGBT community. The theme for this year’s parade is Freedom. The main objective here is to make sure that Pride WA helps the affected community to show their talent. Pride is also a month long festive season celebrating arts with various activities, performances and events. It’s all possible because of some dedicated work by community members and a group of volunteers.

MSWA Ocean Ride 2017

MSWA is a non-profit organisation that gives assistance to people living with conditions like brain injuries, Motor Neurone disease, Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. With an aim to improve lives of people suffering from neurological conditions, they also fund relevant research projects. On the 26th of November, they will be hosting their annual MSWA Ocean Ride, which is a unique cycling event following the coastline between Hillarys and Fremantle. Funds raised through this event will go directly to MSWA. There are different rides to choose from, including a 100 km challenge, 70 km ride, 50 km ride, 30 km ride and 10km family ride.
